Its been like forever since I made a post.Well I how you guys are kinda enjoying your coronacation(cuz mine has been filled with craziness). Anyways I want to share with you guys a bunch of recipes I make on days I don't feel super psyched to cook. Plus like I said on my first post I'd be doing a series of recipes that have been lifesavers for me during the lockdown.
So my first recipe is actually going to be a breakfast recipe that literally takes me 15 minutes to make and it only requires 2 ingredients. This recipe is also dedicated to all ma banana and chocolate lovers out there (Holler at me if you with me). This recipe is the one and only (drum roll please) banana pancakes. Pairing this breakfast with some juice or a smoothie or even a milkshake will give a fully balanced breakfast.
Banana Pancakesππ₯- Makes 6 pancakesπ₯
Ingredients:
4 large Bananas
2 large eggs
Oil for frying
Chocolate and bananas for serving
Procedures:
1. In a bowl mash your bananas until mushy( Yup mash those babies up π).
2. Add your eggs and whisk until well combined.
3. Pour some oil in your pan and spoon on some batter and fry both sides until golden brown.
4. Serve with some Nutella or chocolate sauce and bananas.
5.I usually just enjoy with some fruit juice or a smoothie.
